2 & 50 Needles in a Hay Stack

Some sharp  ;Some Dull;  Sum is ok?

A web weekly voiced strongly by Harold R. Hay*

This series of Needles is written by Harold R. Hay, Trustee, H.R. & E.J. Hay Charitable Trust, Los Angeles, CA. at the age of 97.  Fifty years of dedicated research in solar energy, plus prior successes in government, industry and academia permit a broad evaluation of reasons why solar energy (not renewable energy – a culprit) is not more uniformly accepted.  The fault is with all involved – including me.

While starting with the faults of the International Solar Energy Society (ISES) and its American Solar Energy Society (ASES) section, the net is all-inclusive.  That is the only course for a scientific analysis – no exceptions and no compromise.  Practicing this results in losing most friends and opening wide the window of criticism.  Outwardly, this has been rare; criticism has taken the form of being ignored – not only me but my works in solar energy.  Prior advancements in other fields were accepted worldwide.  In the field of solar energy, the scientific truth is abhorred.  It must be revealed now and accepted if Climate Change is to be effectively and promptly curbed.

In this RO website (http://www.2and50needles.com), I shall be specific and broad in my criticism.  As seen below, there will be an index of needles, a minor amount of text and, importantly, a rather complete bibliography of the ignored literature on roofponds (note one word – not “roof ponds” which apply much more widely.

The second RW website (http://www.needlehim-ed.com) welcomes your comment and input.  It may be edited in an effort to stick to science.  Your input may be quoted in future needles or, if it is a pertinent article, be reproduced in the literature file. Subjects will be limited to solar energy use (not RE) and water conservation including water distillation.  Enjoy.
